Make a beautiful first impression before your wedding invitation is even opened. Do Tell A Belle offers hand addressed wedding envelopes and hand lettering services for couples looking for an elegant, personal finishing touch for their wedding invitations.

Each envelope is individually hand lettered by Florida wedding stationery designer and watercolor artist Victoria Grigaliunas. This service includes both the guest name and mailing address on the front of the envelope and your return address on the back flap.

PRICING

$6.00 per envelope

This price is for hand addressing only and does not include the envelope. Clients may provide their own empty, unsealed envelopes for addressing.

If you would like Do Tell A Belle to supply your envelopes, envelope purchase is also available for an additional cost. Please contact me before ordering so I can help you select an envelope size, color and style that coordinates with your wedding invitation suite.

The quantity you purchase should match the number of envelopes you would like hand addressed.

Because every envelope is addressed by hand, natural variations in lettering are part of the character and beauty of this service.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE PROVIDE EMPTY ENVELOPES

All envelopes must be provided empty and unsealed. Please do not stuff your wedding invitations into the envelopes before delivering or shipping them to me.

Hand lettering requires a smooth, flat writing surface. Invitations or other stationery inside the envelope can create an uneven surface and may interfere with the quality of the lettering.

Please also provide at least 5 additional blank envelopes beyond the number being addressed to allow for potential addressing errors or ink issues.

Please provide a current email address at checkout. After your order is placed, I will contact you at that email address to request your finalized guest address list.

Your return address should be listed first, followed by each guest address. Please format every address exactly as you would like it to appear on the envelope, using the following format:

Please carefully review all names, spelling, street addresses, apartment or unit numbers, cities, states and ZIP codes before submitting your document. Names and addresses will be hand lettered exactly as provided.

Your address list must be submitted in the format shown above. Lists requiring reformatting, reorganizing or additional preparation may incur an additional formatting fee. I will contact you before beginning the project if additional formatting is required.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround for most orders is approximately 3–5 business days after I receive your empty envelopes and finalized address list. Larger orders may require additional time.
