3. Digital Products

  • Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once files have been delivered.

4. Printed Products

  • Printed items are made to order and fulfilled through Gelato. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Returns/replacements are only available for damaged or defective items (see our Refund Policy).

5. Accuracy of Information

  • We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork and designs are original works by Do Tell A Belle. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
