All products are professionally personalized and printed to order using your approved wording and event details.

Because each order is custom made, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and paper materials.

3. Proof Approval

A digital proof is provided before production begins.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all names, dates, addresses, spelling, and event information before approving the proof.

Once final approval has been received and production has begun, changes cannot be made.

4. Returns & Replacements

Because personalized products are custom made, all sales are final once production begins.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property
