Shipping policy

Digital Products

  • All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link at checkout and by email.

  • No physical items will be shipped for digital orders.

Printed Products

  • All printed products are fulfilled through our production partner, Gelato.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, after which they are shipped directly to you.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after production.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

  • Any available shipping upgrades will be shown at checkout.

Delays

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand.

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once your order has left our production partner.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.
