Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been delivered. If you have trouble accessing your files, please reach out for assistance.

Printed Products (fulfilled through Gelato)
For printed products, we accept returns or replacements only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a manufacturing error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or customizations.
